This two-hour session will guide participants through the scientific underpinnings of resilience, the ability to bounce back from and persist through negative experiences and events. Participants will also be exposed to critical skills that help students become more resilient and allow them to grow from the various challenges life has to offer. Whether you're interested in resilience for personal, professional or parental reasons, participants will gain tangible takeaways, backed by empirical science from some of the world's most renowned scholars.
